Ogletree gets terrific lines, delivered in an individual manner that’s almost as delightful as Bosco blasting his underlings. These are strong actors, this is not an elegant farce featuring Felicity, this is Slow Horses Meet the Day of the Jackal.
Then it’s action
At one point, it’s a visual delight, like a music video with a creepy steadicam and skillfully staged shots. The next moment it’s romance. Then it’s a comedy when Bosco flips the bird. Like Showtime’s previous show Homeland, it surpasses all foreign adaptations.
I can’t get enough
Where High Potential is nothing more than formulaic, network TV fodder, it’s the juicy stuff you sign up for on cable.
