Interesting people and storylines…We oilfield guys shake our heads at the inaccuracies of the terrain and the explosions/blowouts. The technical glitches in the first three episodes are embarrassing, and his technical advisor messed up everything in the Blowout scene. 100% wrong.
Needs torque, no hammer test first (ie
no spark)? No experienced oil field crew would have done that. Landman tries to stop the blowout (Never seen Landman on site, and again he puts the wrench upside down and hits his own finger).
Hey-Ho, Hollywood I’ll stick with the story!
