A grief therapist begins telling her clients exactly what she thinks. Regardless of her education and ethics, she finds herself making huge changes in people’s lives—including her own. “Shrinking” features sharing key moments that defined their characters in season 1 and revealing who did the best Harrison Ford impression. When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they managed to get Harrison Ford on the show, Segel said that Goldstein originally wanted a “Harrison Ford type,” and was made to listen to people like Ford. Segel told Goldstein that they should have taken it to Ford first because they thought he would immediately reject it, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford was involved in the project, which sparked interest from other big-name actors. Eventually, Goldstein spoke to Ford and sold him the role. Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince her, but he cheers up anyway.. The characters are so developed in the first and second episodes, the jokes are perfectly timed and executed, and the actors do a great job! This is one of the best episodes of Piolet I’ve seen in a long time! Harrison Ford does a great job in his supporting role, and Jason Segal does a great job playing a flawed, damaged character trying to be a better man and father. This is one of the best shows I’ve seen in a while! This show made me laugh like I haven’t in a long time. As a psychology student, this show is hilarious, and as a theater student, I can appreciate how well the script flows. I don’t understand the negative reviews because this is one of my favorite shows after only two episodes. I hope the rest is as good!!
